On July 26, 1983, police in Vero Beach, Florida received a report of a
nude man firing shots at a naked girl on a residential street. When
they arrived on the scene, officers found the body of a 17-year-old
girl hidden in the trunk of a car. David Allen Gore surrendered to
police and confessed to five other murders, also implicating his
cousin in the crimes.

8-9pm -- CITY CONFIDENTIAL(R) - Paducah: Cruel Summer.
A Kentucky river town is shocked when the owner of a popular
restaurant is bludgeoned to death with an antique pancake syrup bottle
and her husband is charged with conspiring to murder her. Narrated by

9-10pm -- CITY CONFIDENTIAL(R) - 34 - Greenwood: The Devil and the Delta Blues
The story of the mysterious 1938 death of Robert Johnson, the great
blues guitarist who was found howling like a mad dog and foaming at
the mouth in his boarding house, and then died a few days later. Some
believe that the womanizing Johnson was poisoned by a girlfriend's
husband. Narrated by Paul Winfield.

10-11pm -- Dead Men Talking - 83 - Cold Case Files: The Bedroom Basher
A California jury convicts Kevin Green of raping and bludgeoning his
wife, despite his claims of innocence. But 15 years later, police nab
a serial killer known as the "Bedroom Basher" and discover that Green
may have been wrongly jailed after all.

9-9:30pm -- Psychic Investigators - Rachel Domas
Can a veteran psychic and a rookie cop crack the case of a missing
14-year-old girl? Rachel Domas misses her school bus and psychic Nancy
Weber becomes involved in the case when a family friend contacts her.
Immediately, the visions appear: the pungent smell of cars and oil and
the name Michael. Meanwhile, rookie cop Gary Micco and colleague
George Deuchar have a suspect named Michael in custody; but the
detectives are forced to release him because of the lack of evidence
of a crime. Weber and Micco connect via a mutual acquaintance and
Weber shares what she knows with the detective. When Rachel's body is
found buried in the woods, just as Weber described, Micco visits Weber
again. She assures him the killer will soon be captured--he's in the
woods in an agitated state, near two huge oil drums. Moments later,
the killer is captured. When Micco gets to the scene, it's exactly as
Weber had described it. The seasoned psychic and the green cop have
cracked the case in record time.

9:30-10pm -- Psychic Investigators - Tunnel Vision
Two teenage girls are horribly killed, months apart, on the outskirts
of the northern Canadian city of Thunder Bay. Despite the best efforts
of police investigators, the case goes unsolved for two years. But

In 1977, Cameron Hooker kidnapped 20-year-old hitchhiker Colleen Stan
and forced her to be his sex slave for seven years of physical and
psychological abuse. At times she was even kept in a coffin-like box

even when it seemed she could escape. In the end, it would be left to
a jury to answer the question: Was Colleen Stan brainwashed and forced

Suspected by her community, a mother searches desperately for answers
to why three of her four babies died. Tormented by his lost childhood,
a son wonders how his mother disappeared over 20 years ago. This
episode brings a new twist to the series, as the former Chief Medical
Examiner of NYC dips into the e-mailbag to serve as a "court of last
resort" in a pair of especially challenging forensic cases.

10-11pm -- Mobsters - Vinnie "The Chin" Gigante.
Known for wandering the streets of New York City's Greenwich Village
in a bathrobe and slippers muttering to himself to convince the world
that he was legally insane, Vincent Gigante is one of the strangest
gangsters of our time. The suspected boss of the Genovese crime
family, the "crazy act" worked until 1997, when Sammy "The Bull"
Gravano testified that Gigante was sane. Since going to jail, Gigante
has dropped the act and will be up for parole in 2007.

When two prominent Dartmouth professors were found murdered in their
home in January 2001, the case attracted national attention. The
killers left several significant clues in the couple's study, enabling
New Hampshire police and forensic experts to solve the case in only
three weeks. Then, Massachusetts State Police call in an arachnologist
to help solve a murder, when they discover that the perpetrator
brushed off part of a spider web as he crawled through a cellar window

New London is basically a blue-collar town, the snooty suburbs that
surround the city are equally as white-collar. And when bad blood
between two feuding suburban families led to murder, the city was
stained a more sinister shade of red. Paul Winfield narrates this
2-hour special.

An unidentified female torso is found floating in the Mississippi. A

In a state where sinning is an official pastime, Baton Rouge is the

were fears that she would finally blow the whistle on the high and
mighty and turn over her client list. Then, she was found dead in her
jail cell. Though officially ruled a suicide, many thought it was

Darlie Routier is on death row for the murder of her two sons--but is
she guilty? We examine the controversial case of the Texas woman
convicted of killing two of her children, 6-year-old Devon and
5-year-old Damon. We hear from a juror who now thinks that Darlie is
innocent, the lead prosecutor and defense attorney in the case, and
Darlie and her husband.

9-10pm -- BIOGRAPHY(R) - Valerie Bertinelli
The sitcom icon is best known for her role on One Day at a Time and
later as a cast member of Touched by an Angel. When her G.M. executive
father was transferred to California in the early seventies, Valerie
enrolled at the Tami Lynn School to study acting. In 1975 she was cast
in the role of Barbara Cooper in a new situation comedy, One Day at a
Time. During her nine years on the show Valerie grew from a chubby,
awkward teenager to a polished sex symbol. After dating actor Scott
Colomby and director/producer, Steven Spielberg, she married rock star
Eddie Van Halen. In 1981 she formed her own film company producing and
starring in such films as Silent Witness and Shattered Vows.
Bertinelli's own vows were shattered in 2001 when the good girl/bad
boy couple separated.

Our new series delves deep inside the best sitcoms of all time, as
cast members recount the stories you've never heard before. First stop
in this episode is a look back at George and "Weezy" and their "move

A 21-year-old California man is suspected of hiring a hitman to kill
his parents and sister in order to gain financial control of the
family's estate.

9-10pm -- BIOGRAPHY(R) - Bob Saget
From the hit sitcom Full House, where he starred with the young Olsen
twins, to America's Funniest Home Videos, Bob Saget has enjoyed
enormous success as a mainstream TV star. But others know him as an
edgy stand-up comic who often uses language that might shock Lenny
Bruce. Saget originally planned on being a doctor, but a teacher saw
his talent and nudged him toward a career in show business. He was a
serious film student in college, producing a well regarded documentary
about boy who received reconstructive facial surgery, but he soon
launched a stand-up comedy career that put him on the road to stardom.

10-11pm -- BIOGRAPHY(R) - Sarah Silverman
Profile of the sharp-tongued and controversial comic who has become an
unlikely television staple. Silverman got her start as a writer for
Saturday Night Live, was fired by fax after only one year on the job,
and now is the star of her own series. Never fearing to tiptoe up to
the lines of good taste--and then crossing them--Silverman delights in
shocking America just about every chance she gets. Her TV appearances
are often unpredictable, as when she famously lambasted Britney Spears
after Britney's disastrous performance at the 2007 Video Music Awards.

Hermosa Beach is one of Los Angeles' last funky beach towns--a place
where the hip, young, rich, and beautiful come together. But, this
La-la-land has a dark side. We investigate the murder of Linda Sobeck,
a swimsuit model murdered by a killer who lurked behind his camera.
Narrated by Paul Winfield.

8-9pm -- Notorious - A Model Murder.
Linda Sobek, a pretty, vivacious Los Angeles model turns up missing
after a photo shoot. The police investigation leads to photographer
Charles Rathbun, who, after much back-and-forth, says he killed her by
accident. But the marks on Linda's body tell a different story.

9-10pm -- BIOGRAPHY(R) - Boy George
Profile of the "Culture Club" star who shocked the world with his
flamboyant androgynous style. Born George Alan O'Dowd into a working
class Irish family, Boy George ruled the 80s music charts with such
hits as "Do You Really Want to Hurt Me?" and "Karma Chameleon," but
soon fell into drug addiction. He disappeared from public view until
2006, when he was busted on a drug charge and had to perform community
service with the New York City Department of Sanitation.

10-11pm -- BIOGRAPHY(R) - Billy Idol
He's the rocker's rocker--the symbol of '80s punk rock, with flashy
clothes and a mohawk to match. MTV helped him explode onto the music
scene with his hugely popular videos for "White Wedding" and "Dancing
with Myself," and he's remained a cult favorite ever since as
evidenced by his striking cameo appearance in the 1998 comedy The
Wedding Singer. Today he continues to tour in front of sold out
audiences in both the US and UK and is working on a new album to be
released in the spring of 2008.

A Florida town, popular with retirees, is shocked when two of its
senior citizens are found murdered. Leo Gleese and Hazel Stanley had
both moved to Sebring after retiring and met at the church of another
newcomer, Reverend John Canning, pastor at the Fountain of Life
Church. Just days after he presided over the funeral of Hazel Gleese,
Sebring police arrested Canning and charged him with the two murders.

8-9pm -- Notorious - The Wife Who Knew Too Much.
Story of high-profile Atlanta lawyer Fred Tokars, who hired a gunman
to murder his wife in front of their two young children. Tokars, who
sought to collect $2-million in life insurance and stop his wife from

sentence--and the insurance money was awarded to the children.

Andrei Chikatilo, a married man, teacher, and member of the Communist
party, began a life of serial child molestation, rape, and murder in
the 1970s. He picked up runaways, prostitutes, and children throughout
the 1980s, killing and mutilating them in the most horrible ways, all
to satisfy himself sexually. After several arrests, he was finally
convicted and executed in 1994.

Explores several of the most provocative cases of Dr. Michael Baden, a
former New York City Chief Medical Examiner who has conducted more
than 20,000 autopsies over the past 32 years. Through the first-person
recollections, as well as news footage and never-before-seen
videotapes and photographs from Dr. Baden's private collection, we see
how he was able to help crack some of America's most difficult cases
involving unnatural or suspicious deaths -- from the 1971 Attica
prison massacre, to the mysterious death of baseball great Billy
Martin on Christmas Day 1989.
