Yesterday, I gave you your first mailing list signup
webpage. Today, I am going to give you your thank you
page where you will make an up-sell to your new list
member that will ensure they get you 5 more
subscribers! What do you think about that?

Before we do that though, I want you to edit your
welcome message that gets sent out to your new list
member and add the text below:

After you have copied the text above into your welcome
message, you need to create another auto-responder
account. As a pro member of Getresponse you will be
able to create another auto-responder totally f.ree If
you have not got a pro-account yet, you can grab one
here or by following the link below:

The reason for this extra auto-responder is because
your existing members will be sending an email to this
account to get 8 more software packages for referring 5
people to your main list subscription form. I will send
you the message that must go out for this auto
responder tomorrow with instructions on how to set it
up.

The next thing you need to do is to set up an email
forwarding account to the new auto-responder email
address you just created. If you have set up an account
with lunar pages, you should be able to set up this
forward with no trouble at all. Next, download the
thank you page here or by following the link below:

Unzip this file to a folder on your hard drive and open
thanks.htm in notepad. Look for the string "[your email
address]" without the quotes and replace it with your
forwarding address you just created. This string will
appear twice, so you will have to replace it with your
address twice.

Next, look for the string, "www.yoursite.com/offer.htm"
without the quotes and replace it with your website
address, followed by a forward slash, followed by
offer.htm. Just a note on the forwarding address; you
may of course just use the new auto-responder account
as the email address they must forward their
verification email to, but you then stand the chance of
letting them know they will end up on your
auto-responder. Most people will not send email to an
auto-responder, but the choice s up to you.

The last thing you need to do for today is to log into
your ListInferno account, click on the Install link and
copy the one line of code you need to copy into your
webpage. If you have not yet set up your ListInferno
account yet, you may do so by clicking by following
the link below:

Last but not least, look for the string "" without
the quotes and past your ListInferno install script
below that line. Click on save and you are ready to
upload your webpage to your website.
