1) Honda to Strengthen Mini-Vehicle Business

TOKYO, Japan, March 11, 2008 - Yachiyo Industry Co., Ltd., a Honda’s
consolidated subsidiary in Japan, announced plans to build a new auto
plant which produces both engines and bodies on land adjacent to its
Yokkaichi Factory in the effort to further strengthen its mini-vehicle
business.

1) Honda Outlines 2008 Formula One Participation

March 10, 2008 - Honda announced that it will continue its
participation in the Formula One World Championship again this year,
as the Honda Racing F1 Team. Honda will also provide the SUPER AGURI
F1 TEAM with engines, parts, and support as a technical partner.
