An Oklahoma City vote on a $120 million sales-tax measure aimed at luring the Sonics to that city is off to a wide lead in early returns. With 148 of 271 precincts reporting, the vote is 22,013 (60 percent) in favor and 14,375 (40 percent) against, according to the Oklahoma County Election Board.
