Traditionally, French quiche was made with with lots of eggs, heavy cream and bacon - definitely not a health food! These recipes are a bit lighter, and, if you're looking for a low-fat or cholesterol-free recipe, try one of the eggless vegan ones which use tofu instead of eggs. Use a pre-made crust for an easy breakfast or brunch.
