from Laura Dolson I know for me, eating a high-fiber diet is really helpful. My blood sugar is more stable, and there are other benefits, both obvious and not-so-apparent. Sometimes when people first start cutting carbs they find they have cut back on fiber also, but there are lots of high-fiber foods that are low in carbs.
