   Walt Disney to hike stake in UTV Software to 32 pc; to put in Rs 805 crore

The Walt Disney Company, Southeast Asia, has announced its plans to increase its stake in UTV Software Communications to 32.1 per cent. The company will be investing nearly Rs 805 crore in UTV Software. Walt Disney is also investing Rs 119 crore to acquire a 15 per cent stake in UTV Global Broadcasting.  more...
