The 'Potomac Primaries'

The U.S. presidential primaries come to the Beltway today as Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., weigh in on their choices for the GOP and Democratic nominees. It's a tight race between Sens. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on the Democratic side, with 175 much-needed delegates at stake in today's contests. ABC's David Wright has the latest from the Obama campaign.

Prescription Drug Dangers

Last weekend, actor Heath Ledger was laid to rest in his hometown of Perth, Australia, after overdosing on a deadly mix of prescription drugs three weeks ago. While Ledger's death was deemed an accident, it throws into sharp focus the dangers prescription drugs can pose. A new study by the Partnership for a Drug-Free America reveals that one in five teens has abused prescription drugs to get high. "Nightline" co-anchor Cynthia McFadden checks in on a group of teens she has been following as they grapple with their addictions. Watch a sneak peek here.

The Political Spoof

This political campaign season citizens are showing their support -- and disdain -- for the presidential candidates through viral online videos and their spoofs. First, it was "Obama Girl" versus "Giuliani Girl," then "Huckabee Girl" joined the fray. Now, the pro-Obama music video "Yes We Can" has spawned several anti-McCain spoofs. ABC's Jake Tapper has these videos and more in tonight's "Sign of the Times."

We hope you'll join us.
