A Note from Linda:

Hi Criss,

If you joined this newsletter less than two years ago, you may not know that I had a heart attack at the tender age of 51.

Recently a subscriber in Australia wrote to say she had survived a heart attack partially because she remembered what I had said about my experience and took action right away.

Since February is American Heart Month, I've decided to give a link to my story, in case you haven't read it.

I've also included an update, including how I almost died from the heart medication I was on, and the path I've followed since then.

I'm doing great now, by the way!

Still Looking For My Voice

I lost my voice last week. I mean totally and completely. I have not been able to record ANYTHING for days, so needless to say I haven't finished the recording of my Photoshop Elements 6.0 training.

I'm on the mend today, though, and anticipate recording tomorrow, so look for an announcement (and special bonus) later this week!
