'We made some blunders': Dan Wieden

Twenty two years ago Dan Wieden was a copywriter at a small Portland agency, working on the Nike account with his partner David Kennedy. What started with five employees now has offices in London, New York, Amsterdam and Tokyo. The growth has been nice, but that has really never been what motivates Wieden.
