Inquirer Business Update: US Airways' December on-time record best in two years

US Airways had 74.5 percent of its flights arrive on time during December, the best record among the 10 largest airlines in a month in which weather played havoc with the industry's effort to stick to schedules.
Public funding of stadiums irks many people who aren't sports fans. What frosts me is when it is painted as economic stimulus. Study after study of the economic impact of sports stadiums has shown them to be poor uses of public funds.
