I think it's finally happening - we are starting to see hints that saturated fat may not be the Food of the Devil we've been led to believe. Even MSNBC had a recent article about it! Don't expect an overnight revolution, though. Also, I'm often surprised by how even people who are eating low-carb have fallen for some of the prevalent misconceptions about them. And is it a good idea to go back to eating like cavemen and women? I give you an overview of the "Paleo Diet" and my thoughts about the pros and cons. Enjoy your week - Laura
