from Laura Dolson I think it's finally happening - we are starting to see hints that saturated fat may not be the Food of the Devil we've been led to believe. Even MSNBC had a recent article about it! Don't expect an overnight revolution, though. Also, I'm often surprised by how even people who are eating low-carb have fallen for some of the prevalent misconceptions about them.
