Demand has been high for this event! For those who have been unaware or unable to attend we have created a final time slot. Should you and/or a group of your friends be interested in trying Australia's greatest shiraz's, Henschke's Hill of Grace and Penfolds' Grange, then Saturday the 16th of February between 12 noon and 2pm is your last chance. To make the event a greater occasion we are serving the 1992 vintage of both premium wines, three comparison wines and a selection of cheese to nibble on.

Saignee is the process of bleeding wine juice off red grape skins after a short period of contact, this allow the rose ting we see in many rose wines. This is a great drink for those who enjoy a cool drink with a light pizza or anti pasta.

Brown Brother's, particularly the Patricia range, has been a blessing to the wine consumer, though their Moscato may draw other opinions. The image of Moscato has gained an arguable tarnish but traditional Moscato is a great reviving drink, relax with dried fruits.

Denmark's Princess Mary and Prince Frederick call Fredensborg Castle home during the spring and autumn months. Having been raised in Tasmania Mary had an Australian sparkling served at her wedding party and this great Australian bubbles was the Clover Hill 1999 from Tasmania.

Wine House is taking part in Earth Hour on the 29th of March as we join the world in turning our lights off for one hour. RECYCLE PACKS

Wine House frequently sends in Styrofoam boxes which we obtain second hand to help reduce environmental impacts. If you have packs and would like help recycle please bring them into the store.
