| This WEEKEND in Brisbane | 24 - 27 January 2008 |
| | Maaate, the long weekend is so close I can almost taste
it...
For me, Australia Day means it's time for our annual backyard cricket clash. You need to understand it's not really about the cricket (well it is while I'm batting), it's more about a laid-back long weekend surrounded by family and friends with plenty of food and drinks on hand. It's a two-day BBQ-a-thon, with a third day thrown in for
recovery. Recovery time that is best spent going to the beach, the movies or just generally getting out and about and enjoying life!
