RFP to write and publish CPS Tech Update posted
Tech Update serves to pull together the latest information from a
variety of sources, and compiles and communicates it to the CPS
Technician audience. One major value of the publication is to do the
legwork in pulling quality information together for Technicians who
may not have the time to track all credible sources, or who may not
know where to look for current best practice and research information.
Tech Update is published in html and PDF formats and archived in PDF
format on the National Child Passenger Safety Board website at:
http://www.cpsboard.org/techreport.htm.
The National Safety Council has issued a request for proposals to
write and publish the Child Passenger Safety Tech Update newsletter.
The chosen applicant will develop content for and "publish" 3-4 issues
of this newsletter per year. The deadline for proposals is February
15, 2008.
