Sometimes, especially when changing our diets, it's hard to think of what to eat. Heck, all of us could use some inspiration from time to time! I've made 12 menus of ideas for you. Each has between 20 and 50 grams of usable carbohydrate, and all vitamins and minerals you need (except only some have all the calcium or Vitamin D). High Protein Menu (Menu #12)
This has 32 grams of effective carb, 23 grams of fiber, 126 grams of protein, and all the vitamins and minerals except for calcium and vitamin D (and, for some, a little low in iron). Compatible with just about any low carb plan.

Super Bowl Prelude
Did you know that in the United States, the Super Bowl is the second biggest food day of the year, next to Thanksgiving? To celebrate, the food sites on About.com are having a recipe exchange.
