Happy New Year! I don’t know about you, but this year during the holidays, I worked non-stop. I cooked a turkey and a half ( one roasted and a half barbequed), sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, two pies (pumpkin and apple cranberry), fruit salad (my husband’s fav which involves much whipped cream and marshmallows), a vege plate, cranberry/orange relish and the best dressing ever. How did I get the best dressing ever? I bought the right pan (Emile Henry flame-top ceramic -- it’s magic.) In addition to all the cooking, I had to work -- you know, the kind of work that earns money. Because I have a deadline.
Is this fair? Is this right? Is this not exactly like your life and the life of every woman in America?
Yep.
