Where Should You Start A Rehab?
How and where do you get the biggest, "bang for the buck", in fixing up or updating a house that you plan to sell? I think you would find near universal agreement that you would start with the kitchen, then the bathrooms. After that, opinions probably start to diverge pretty quickly. I would make a strong argument that the closets come next. More on that later...
