Are you tired of watching that "tiny" 27-inch TV? If you have the space and the pocketbook, why not go "all the way" and buy a really big widescreen projection television? Get one in time for the NFL playoffs and Superbowl. Check out my favorite picks.

If you are looking for a very large screen television for sports and movies, check out the Samsung HL-T7288W. If you looking for a really big television with lots of features, then check this one out.

3) Sony KDS-60A3000 60-inch SXRD Projection Television
The Sony KDS-60A3000 uses SXRD technology (a variant of LCOS and LCD). Utilizing three SXRD chips, this set features a native 1920x1080 (1080p) pixel resolution (with scaling for all source resolutions), a fast 2.5 second response time, and 120HZ refresh rate. Inputs on this set include: 2 sets of HD-component inputs , 2 HDMI (ver 1.3) inputs, and a PC monitor input. For audio, the Sony KDS-60A3000 features both built-in speakers and a digital optical output for connection to an external home theater audio system. This set also includes all needed built-in tuners (NTSC/ATSC/QAM). If you are shopping for a large screen projection television, definitely give this one a look, the picture quality is excellent.
