Foreclosure Tourists
House hunters looking for a bargain might get lucky, thanks to Cesar Dias, founder of "Home Repo Tours." Dias, who has been in real estate for 18 years, takes interested home buyers for a ride on his colorful tour buses, showing off repossesed homes for sale in Stockton, Calif. While some may think his methods are insensitive, Dias believes these homes just need to be sold. John Donvan reports.Paul Potts
