organization, please contact us.
In your note, please include the following:

Ways
to create attractive email messages without relying on images
|
|
From The Touch, Email
marketing and small business blog
According to the Email Experience Council 2007
Rendering Report, "nearly 53% of respondents' email clients or ISPs automatically
blocked images in some or all email messages, and 45% of email readers rarely or never
downloaded images within their preview pane."
In other words, if your email communication relies on
images within your content to convey your message, you have lost half of your audience in
every mailing. With image blocking so prevalent in most email readers, it is very important
to make sure that your newsletter renders well without images. Outlook, Outlook Express, and
Lotus Notes have image downloading disabled by default. Together, these three email readers
represent 86% of the market says the EEC's report.
