stars join mySport Two of Australia’s hottest basketball stars
have joined SportingPulse's social networking platform, mySport.
Patrick Mills and Erin Phillips are two rising talents that already share
many awards and achievements, including representing their country.

New Zealand
Football launch Championship website New
Zealand Football (NZF) has launched a SportingPulse-powered website for the
New Zealand Football Championship (NZFC), which also incorporates the eight
teams involved. The websites are designed to deliver NZF's most
comprehensive coverage of the domestic showpiece.

Australia sign deal with SportingPulse Another sporting national governing body has
joined the long list that have signed up with SportingPulse. Table Tennis
Australia intends to utilise SportingPulse's Sportzware products to
help promote table tennis in Australia in the run up to the 2008 Beijing
Olympics.

Organizer solutions showcased at NSBT SportingPulse's full suite of FIBA Organizer products were
on show at the 2007 National Schools Basketball Tournament in Geelong this
month. The NSBT is Basketball Australia's largest junior tournament
with 150 school teams, more than 1500 competitors and 300 coaches and
officials taking part. To

Samsung announces launch of SportingPulse-powered Oceania initiative
Samsung Electronics Australia has announced the launch of the
Samsung Oceania Sports Development Initiatives to identify and provide the
funding needed for Oceanic athletes to achieve their goal of competing
internationally. As a joint partnership between Samsung and the Oceania
Foundation, the arm of the Oceania National Olympic Committees, this new
initiative will involve the use of SportingPulse software to help identify
athletic potential as part of the Samsung Oceania Talent Identification

Games pre-registration system goes live The Sydney 2009 World Masters
Games got a boost this month with the launch of the pre-registration system
built by SportingPulse. The system allows participants to register their
interest in the Games and sign up for the new state-of-the-art

news round up The registration system for the 2008 European Masters
Games is now live and the Port Pirie Pura Light Start State Masters Games
have engaged SportingPulse to develop its online registration system.

sport
For every
sporting champion who reaches the top of their chosen sport, there’s
an army of unsung heroes playing, coaching or working behind the scenes to
keep clubs and leagues going. Grassroots sport provides the strong roots
for stars to flourish and is filled with people who give their time,
commitment and passion week in and week out, season after season.
mySport wants to hear about the unsung heroes of your club or league. All
entries will be collated into a Grassroots Greats section and linked to
from the new mySport home page.
