The much anticipated changes in the Lowe India structure are finally shaping. Lowe has announced that R Balki, hitherto the NCD of the agency, would now be the Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Lowe India. Charles Cadell has been brought in as the CEO for the agency; Prior to this, Cadell was with Leo Burnett. Another change is in the role of Pranesh Misra. Until now the COO of Lowe, Misra has been elevated to Global Director, Marketing Accounting. The changes would be effective from January 2008. Prem Mehta continues to be the Chairman of Lintas India.
