Are you wasting your products?
If you are applying cold products to cold skin you may be wasting your products and your money.
Cold skin does not absorb very well. The pores are closed and the skin is not receptive. The product then just sits on the skin waiting to get in.
Cold products do not emulsify. This means they clump together and will often just sit on the skin. The ingredients are then stuck and again can’t soak into the skin.
Products sitting on your skin are not a good thing...
A. They evaporate and you have wasted your money!
B. They eventually dry up and block your pores!
Before you apply your products and moisturisers, cleanse with warm water and hold a warm (clean!) facecloth to your skin. This will open your pores ready to accept your products.
Then instead of applying your product straight to your skin, squirt it into the palm of your hand and quickly rub your hands together. This will warm it up and make the ingredients emulsify so that they soak in and get to the areas they need to.
Then just pat or rub your hands onto your skin and apply your products. And hey presto, they should soak straight in!
I wish you all the best with your skin health! For further tips and tricks, make sure to go to www.theacneprogramme.com.
