When are stockholders going to demand some accountability from the top dogs who created the credit crisis in the financial services industry? These folks were happy to take the honors and tens of millions in salaries and bonuses when the sub-prime business was making money in the shell game they constructed. A few have stepped down, but none are offering to return the millions they took for creating the mess that is now costing their companies billions in write-offs. Until there is some personal responsibility at the top, these greed-driven disasters will continue to cost stockholders and taxpayers billions to clean up.
