Anheuser-Busch rolls out its own vodka
Anheuser-Busch Cos., the country’s biggest brewer, is taking a deeper sip of “super-premium” vodka. This week, the St. Louis-based company has begun selling Purus, an 80-proof wheat vodka from Italy, to bars, restaurants and liquor retailers the Northeast U.S. Distribution is focused on ”exclusive high-end lounges, restaurants and specialty grocery and liquor stores,” Anheuser-Busch said in a statement.
