Hello Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air Traveler,
Alaskaair.com has a new check-in feature designed to make your experience
even better. Travelers can now pay for Pets and Unaccompanied Minors at
airport kiosks or online during Web Check-in. When checking in, customers will be given the option to pay with a credit
card or at the ticket counter. Customers using credit cards will receive a kiosk
receipt for fees paid. Just another way we're trying to make your travel
experience as convenient as possible.
Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air are improving the experience for customers who
need to purchase a second seat. The airlines' existing Second Seat Policy
ensures a comfortable and safe flight for all passengers. Beginning January 1,
2008, customers who have purchased a second seat can receive a refund if all
