Scrap Happy
By Annette Ward

Becuase it was Veterans Day yesterday. I just wanted to take this oppurtunity to thank all of the Soldiers who fight for their lives and my freedom daily. It is such an honor to know someone who is fighting or who has fought or who will fight for our Freemdoms daily. I appreciate all of the Soldiers and their Families. There are many people in this Country who are sacrificing alot to make America what it is. To that I am very greatful!

Top Tip:
You can use the backside of many of the unmounted acrylic or rubber stamps to make shadows or backgrounds around the traditional stamping method. Be sure to use a darker color when you stamp the actual image on top. You can also use the backside of these stamps as a sillouette when making your own patterned paper.

What I Have Learned:
I have learned that when I am making the family calendar each year, the easiest and BEST format is the PC Home Helpers! The cute background for each calendar and co-ordinating topper makes everyone think I have spent hours creating! Don't get me wrong; it does take time to type in birthdays, anniversarys, and other occasions. It also takes time to add pictures of individuals in the family. But the simplicity of using pre-made backgrounds cuts that time in half!

About:
My name is Elizabeth and I just returned from my trip to Brazil where I spent 9 weeks. It was a hard thing to be without my PC Crafter program for that long. I was so excited when I got back to my computer and was able to unload my clipart for October and November. They are so cute and I love Christmas so much that I can hardly wait to use them in my Christmas crafts and gifts. Thanks again for such a fun club! .
