We can't believe it is November already! Even more frightening is that we saw the first signs of snow today! Winter is just ahead and with that comes Christmas! We are already getting into the holiday spirit at the Turtle and getting ready for the Sparkles Event this weekend in St. Jacobs. We hope to see a lot of you out visiting us this weekend. Come in to say hello and enjoy a cookie with us as we jump head first into Christmas!
St. Jacobs SPARKLES
It's that time of year again! Time for the St. Jacobs Holiday Open House. Come see the wonderful sparkling lights of St. Jacobs and enjoy some extended shopping hours throughout town.

This year during the Sparkles Celebration we are kicking off the collection of our Turtle Auction Dollars for our 2nd Annual Anniversary Auction in January! For every dollar you spend from November 8th to January 19th , you will earn Turtle Auction Dollars. This year's auction was a huge success and we expect next year's to be even bigger!
Join us on Thursday, November 8th and Friday, November 9th from 5 PM to 9 PM and receive DOUBLE Auction Dollars on all QuicKutz Purchases! Come celebrate the release of the new QuicKutz Holiday Gift Sets with special make & takes, goodies and prizes. will also try your hand at a few cool paper techniques, stamping, using glitter

It's In The Bag!
I don’t know about your purse, but my bag is full of little
treasures! This mini book by Maya Road will be
no different when all is said and done!
In this technique inspired workshop we will explore distressing,
stamping, inking, layering and a few interactive details. Throw in a few
stunning papers from Scenic Route Paper Co., a little glitz and glitter from
Stix2 and a handful of other goodies from Maya Road and let the fun begin! Students will walk away with a sweet little
altered project and a few new tricks that can be easily translated on to their
scrapbook pages!

On the fourth Monday of every month from 7-9pm, we invite you to bring your basic supplies and some supplies from your stash [we will give you a list each month of what you need to bring – you just need to pull it all together.] We will provide the directions and techniques to get your creative juices flowing! It will be great to see what everyone creates with the same directions but different supplies, and best of all, it's from YOUR STASH!
