Finding that employer committed several unfair labor practices in
violation of the NLRA during union's unsuccessful effort to organize
a plant, petition for review filed by union, challenging dismissal
of two of its claims, is denied over claims that: 1) statements by
high-level company management constituted unlawful threats of plant
closure; and 2) the company's decision to train a security camera on
union organizers created an illegal impression of surveillance.
