Q: Why are you making such a big deal out of Manhunt 2 After all, it's rated M (for mature).
A: An overwhelming majority of teens say they've played M-rated games. Not only that, but access to ultraviolent games is much easier these days. Since the various ratings systems are often obscure in their criteria and the ratings themselves are inconsistently applied across media types, it becomes easy to discount ratings' credibility. But in this case, Manhunt 2 definitely deserves the Mature rating: It's among the most ultraviolent video games ever produced. Read our review to see why.
