Dear Friends, Since the very first day I started this company with the Atlanta store in 1992, your strong support has given us the ability to grow as a business. Our stores in Atlanta-Buckhead and Charlotte's Meyers Park have been wonderfully successful. We will soon be opening a new store in Charleston-Mt. Pleasant.. We are excited to be a part of this great Southern city and we look forward to making many more new friends there.
This growth also marks a new era, we have changed our name to "Tennille & Co". This name is really the only one I could possibly have selected. I grew up in the retail business. My father, Wislon Tennille Sr., owns a store on Amelia Island, and my mother, Bonnie Tennille, owns the original Plantation Shop adjascent to Amelia Island's "The Plantation" development. In 2005 my brother, Wilson Tennille Jr., joined the company and has been an asset to our growth.
