• Visit Harrods.com’s secure recover password page
• Enter your email address and click "Submit"
• You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to have your password reset
• Then click "Submit" - an email will now be sent to the email account you submitted
• Once you receive the email with the new password you can either:
• a. go back to www.Harrods.com and log in using the new password or
• b. click the "My Account" link in the email which will take you back to the login page where you can use the new password to login
• You can then change this to new a password of your choice
