Packed with our new expanded range of products as well fantastic new features; all designed to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.
To take advantage of everything the new Harrods.com has to offer and to access your existing account information; please take just a few moments to follow the steps below and create a new Harrods.com password.
- Visit Harrods.com’s secure recover password page
- Enter your email address and click "Submit"
- You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to have your password reset
- Then click "Submit" - an email will now be sent to the email account you submitted
- Once you receive the email with the new password you can either:
- a. go back to www.Harrods.com and log in using the new password or
- b. click the "My Account" link in the email which will take you back to the login page where you can use the new password to login
- You can then change this to new a password of your choice
