Hug High School on Sutro Street in Reno was locked down shortly before
8 a.m. after threats that one juvenile had a gun and was going to bring
it to school.
The Reno Police Department and Washoe County
School District police were on scene and had the place locked down, RPD
spokesman Steve Frady said.
“They’re up there sweeping the grounds and checking things,” Frady said.
