Jurors found against Wyeth Pharmaceutical this afternoon and awarded
millions to the three Northern Nevada women who filed a lawsuit
alleging they developed breast cancer after using the company’s
hormone-replacement drugs. The jury found that the pharmaceutical
giant was negligent, produced a defective product and concealed facts
about the safety of the product.
