Two men who've found themselves at the heart of bitter controversy feature on tonight's Inside Sport.

Firstly there's Darrell Hair. When he called Pakistan for ball tampering in last summer's Oval Test, he couldn't have predicted the furore that would follow.

Banned from umpiring at the highest level for two years, at one point he was forced to take his family into hiding and says his life has been 'hell'.

He's in London this week for an employment tribunal, claiming racial discrimation and racial harassment, and has been speaking to us about how his life has changed since that fateful day in south London.

Then there's Paul Cooke: An idol among the fans of Hull FC, he stunned the world of rugby league this year by announcing he was joining their cross town rivals Hull Kingston Rovers, the club he supported as a boy.

Tony Livesey has been speaking to Paul about the abuse he and his family have taken since the move, as well as examining the bitter rivalry between the two clubs, which spreads from the terraces right up to the boardroom.

I also catch up with Luol Deng, the NBA star who hopes to lead Great Britain in the 2012 Olympics.

Born in the midst of the Sudanese civil war, Deng's is an amazing personal story.

John Inverdale also gives us his latest views from France, where it's been an eventful weekend in the Rugby World Cup.
