ENTERPRISE Should you charge danger money? We've all heard of urgent fees, express delivery charges and other premiums for extra service. But what about danger money? I know one small business entrepreneur - let's call her Jane - who charges danger money if her clients want her to work with certain suppliers. She's doesn't hide this fact and is upfront about why.

INNOVATOR Has innovation become a dirty word? Is the term innovation losing its sex appeal? Last week, a friend told me that the business he works for has added innovation to a list of banned words. All staff received a curt email telling them that the word has been black listed and they were not to utter it internally or when talking to clients.
