If you're pressed for time in the mornings (and who isn't!?) try making some muffins or scones in advance that you can grab and eat on your way out the door. Make a double batch on the weekend and it will last you all week! Here's some of my favorite healthy scones, muffins and breakfast bread recipes. You can also freeze muffins or scones and thaw or defrost in the microwave as needed. Enjoy!
