I spent a lovely September morning with Tim Henman this week, walking round all his old haunts at Wimbledon. He's feeling a bit emotional about his last match there - the Davis Cup encounter against Croatia at the weekend - and it was fascinating to look back on his career with him and hear what he thinks about it all. I was also struck by all the building work going on at the All England Club - you won't recognise it!

Also on the programme, John Inverdale on why the average rugby player at the World Cup is two stone heavier than they used to be; Matthew Pinsent has been following the Tour of Britain and asks can cycling ever rid itself of the drug problem it has? Plus, Tony Livesey will give us his Inside Opinion on the Formula One spying row and James Pearce reports on a dark cloud hovering on the horizon of the revival of Scottish football.

And, of course, you've probably heard that I am doing Strictly Come Dancing and so is my husband Kenny. That means a lot of training to fit in with all the big-name interviews for Inside Sport - but I promise not to make Steve Bunce dance with me on Monday nights.
