I understand contracts and all, but for someone who has been a customer for 7 consecutive years, T-Mobile would not consider lowering much less waiving the $200 contract cancellation fee for a second line that I no longer needed. It's not that I didn't want to give up my service altogether, but I no longer needed a family plan, but I have to wait till December '08. Read more
