Pumas score the front pages

BUENOS AIRES: Sure, football-mad Argentinians go wild with every World Cup. But this week they are cheering themselves hoarse for one with a different shaped ball. Argentines have kicked aside their love of "futbol" for a few days after their underdog rugby squad, the Pumas, unexpectedly upended hosts France 17-12 in the cup opener and went on to outplay Georgia in their second match. The Pumas next play underdogs Namibia on September 22, and a win would put them into the quarter-finals.
