Tonight on 'Nightline'

The Latest on Hurricane Dean

With nine lives already claimed in the Caribbean by Hurricane Dean, the Category 5 storm barrels on tonight towards the coast of Mexico. Tourists at popular resorts in Cancun -- hoping for a vacation tanning by the pool -- were evacuated in anticipation of the hurricane. With winds upwards of 150 miles per hour, how bad will the devastation caused by Hurricane Dean be? Terry McCarthy reports live from Cancun, Mexico.

Misspelled Sentiments

A sign of love that lasts nearly forever: Not diamonds, but tattoos. Michael Duplessis hoped to immortalize his love for the Windy City by having "Chi-Town," another of Chicago's nicknames, emblazoned on his chest. After leaving the parlor and discovering that the emblem read "C-H-I-T-O-W-N," Duplessis was more than disgruntled and vocalized his fury through a lawsuit directed at the tattoo parlor, saying that the careless error demonstrated negligence and that he was also emotionally damaged. Other Chicagoans don't seem to find the spelling emotionally traumatic, as flocks of supporters for the tattoo artist have recently obtained Chi-Tonw tattoos and the trend is spreading to t-shirts and other merchandise. Join ABC's John Berman to explore this unusual trend.

An End to 'Ladies' Night'?

Finally, getting ready to head out to your local "Ladies' Night" at the bar? Not if Manhattan attorney Roy Hollander has his way. To most, "Ladies' Nights" are simply fun evenings on the town where women can get cheap drinks and men can happily seek out large hoards of women. To Hollander, however, "Ladies' Nights" are flagrant violations of the Fourteenth Amendment and he is on a crusade to place a moratorium on them. Is Hollander justified in his quest and will this deter his own search for a member of the fairer sex? ABC's Gigi Stone reports.

We hope you'll join us tonight.
