Prometric Designated by Microsoft Learning as Exam Delivery Provider (Worldwide)
Last month, Microsoft Learning announced that Prometric is the designated exam delivery provider for Microsoft professional certification and Microsoft Dynamics exams. For more information on the transition, you may visit our updated FAQ and subscribe for regular updates from Prometric on its RSS feed.

Efforts to add Prometric test center locations are in high gear. Prometric's goal is to ensure that no candidate needs to travel more than 30 miles to take a Microsoft certification exam.

To accommodate customers who purchase MCP exam vouchers through August 31, 2007, Pearson VUE will continue to accept registration from candidates using VUE prepaid vouchers, and will administer prepaid exams through December 31, 2007. If you have any unused vouchers after December 31, 2007, please contact Microsoft Learning to request Prometric replacement vouchers.

If you have a voucher, you can use either Prometric or Pearson VUE until August 31, 2007. Starting September 1, 2007, all MCP vouchers can be used only through Prometric. If you are unsure what type of voucher you have, or have other voucher-related questions, contact Microsoft Learning at msledp@microsoft.com.

Pearson VUE will cease selling Microsoft Dynamics vouchers with a one-year expiration date after August 31, 2007. Pearson VUE will sell Microsoft Dynamics vouchers with a December 31, 2007 expiration date starting September 1, 2007. Candidates may register and take a Microsoft Dynamics exam with Pearson VUE anytime between now and December 31, 2007.

Windows Server 2008 Transition: Voucher to Send in September (Worldwide)
An update for those of you who registered for a 40% savings voucher for your 70-649 or 70-649 transition exam from MCSA or MCSE on Windows Server 2003: your voucher codes have not been sent yet. If you registered (via Microsoft.com/Microsoft Learning Web page) prior to June 30, 2007, you will receive your voucher via e-mail when the exams become available at test centers in September 2007. No action is required.
