Homebuilder David Heth still has projects in Dallas' hot Oak Lawn neighborhood.

TOMORROW'S INSIGHTS TODAY: Steve Brown

Murals mark progress on Phoenix apartments

Next time you're stuck in traffic on Mockingbird *** just east of North Central Expressway you'll have something new to look at.

Indeed, it's hard to miss the three-story tall, brightly-painted murals they are putting on the outside of the Phoenix apartments.

Work crews have finished two of the four murals included in the current renovation of the Phoenix building, which is at Mockingbird and McMillan Avenue. Built in 1999, the 450-unit apartment complex has been undergoing exterior repairs for more than a year.
