High-end home sales
are still going strong

With almost 15,000 square feet of living space, a University Park mansion offered for sale costs the equivalent of 90 average North Texas homes.

The $18.5 million house near Lovers *** is the most expensive preowned home currently on the market in the Dallas area, according to the Internet sales site, Realtor.com.

And if recent trends continue, it's more likely to sell than moderately priced houses in the area.

While the overall home sales market has seen a dip this year, sales at the top end are booming.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

A new study of international parking costs show that Big D's downtown has some of the best parking prices on the globe.

Indeed, you'll have to go to places like Boise, Idaho, or Reno, Nev., to find a lower cost place to park your car.
