    Attorneys for an Elk City business owner with central Oklahoma connections have filed a lawsuit against the City of Elk City and Beckham County officials in response to what Dustin Allen describes as a "brutal and painful" treatment after his arrest July 4.

    According to reports Allen was called a faggot and items of clothing were removed after a routine traffic stop.

    Allen is requesting $250,000 in damages from both the city and county.
