Is it summer yet?

The drought's over, the lakes are full and cities are lifting watering restrictions. But after two months of dreary days, most Dallas businesses are saying enough is enough.

Who needs ice cream, flip-flops or convertibles when it's raining? Reddy Ice Holdings Inc., the nation's largest ice maker, recently blamed the rain and cooler temperatures in Texas and Oklahoma for chilling its profits.

Not every one is singing the blues, of course. Somebody has to clean all those gutters and replace all the shingles. We checked with local businesses to find out whether the soggy summer has helped or hurt them.
