2. Miami Heat basketball star Shaquille O'Neal has turned his attention to childhood obesity. He has chosen six overweight kids and committed to helping them lose weight, get healthy, and change their lives. The result is the TV show Shaq's Big Challenge and the online program Shaq's Family Challenge!

The site has links to Shaq's Daily Drills;The President's Physical Fitness Test and a Download Center with all the challenge logs, scorecards, and worksheets you need.

3. This site for Kindergarten to Grade 8 students, is a national, curriculum-based, physical activity challenge program that helps children and youth of all abilities develop their fitness and skill levels.

It consists of eight pre-planned lessons for each grade including warm-ups, cool-downs and fun physical activity challenges that can be implemented in elementary schools.
