Wes Agee returned from his flipping aerial assault in Lake Tahoe.  He said it was pretty cool to be flipping down Casino Drive next to the Harrah’s Hotel and Casino.  After that show he bolted up to Redding, CA where he was again pulling off huge back flips.

Jim McNeil is back from OZ and the Crusty Tour and has been preparing for the Dew Tour and X Games.  If you ever see Jim at one of these events make sure you let him know your down with tha SPADE! Wes Agee was at the SRH headquarters this week giving us his best GQ impressions.  We did a photo shoot with Wes and he will be in the TWMX ad for September 2007.

The report on Julian Dusseau is that he is still rehabbing a knee injury but will hopefully be riding here in a few more weeks.  All of us here at SRH are hoping for a speedy recovery.

Nathan Carvalho made it to the semi finals of the Rip Curl Grom Search where he lost by just .5.  He has been surfing Lowers a bunch while he has been here on the mainland.  He surfs Friday June 22^nd at Salt Creek where he will be competing for the NSSA championships.  Good luck Nathan!

Speaking of NSSA team rider Ryan Judson has made the finals in the NSSA Men’s College Open Division.  The finals will be Saturday at 3:55 at Salt Creek as well.  Looking forward to having a SRH NSSA Champion after this weekend, good luck Ryan and Nathan!

SRH INC.  Has been in talks with signing three new surfers to their team, Zach Rhinehart, Eric McHenery, and Daniel Hart.  We are hoping to have this finalized by very soon so look for the official word next week.

Jeremy Fulmer wanted to see just how far he could stick the nose of his surfboard behind his ear.  It cost him about 6 stitches and he will be out of the water for about a week or so.  Blacks is gonna miss you for the next few days

To that end (hed)p.e.’s newest release, Insomnia, is an exhibition in fusion between punk rock, hip hop, jazz, reggae, heavy metal, and thrash. Insomnia can’t be labeled and it can’t be described in words, in fact, to accurately write about Insomnia and its influences would take more than a page, with each bar of music containing a potpourri of genres. And that’s not to say (hed)p.e. has stopped pushing the musical envelope, straying further into the musical taboo than the mainstream. “There’s other times when we try and make it obvious,” notes Jared on (hed)p.e.’s lack of complacency fitting into a scene. “It’s more of a bipolar thing where we’re going straight from pure punk into pure hip hop.” That may not be standard, but they do it anyway.
