Dear Lender,

Due to the overwhelming response from lenders to receive SBA guaranty
purchase and liquidation training, the initial training session which was
held on May 8th vastly exceeded SBA’s maximum capacity. The Agency had 277
lenders attempt to dial in on 99 lines. Obviously, we had no idea the
response for this training would be so great, and the Agency is attempting
to remedy this situation by immediately adding several additional training
sessions.

In order to try to accommodate as many lenders as possible during the next
couple of weeks, the training schedule has been revised as shown below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT REGION 5 IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR THE MORNING OF MAY 17th with
a make-up session on May 22nd. I would suggest that you call in early to
avoid being “locked out.”

May 15th - Lenders who were locked out of the May 8th call 10 AM to Noon
(Eastern)

May 15th - Lenders in Region 3 who were locked out of the May 8th call and
Region 10 2 PM to 4 PM (Eastern)

May 17th - Lenders in Regions 4 and 5 10 AM to Noon (Eastern)

May 17th - Lenders in Regions 6 and 7 2 PM to 4 PM (Eastern)

May 22nd - Open Make-Up Session for anyone who couldn’t make or were locked
out of their scheduled time 10 AM to Noon (Eastern)

May 22nd - Lenders in Region 8 and 9 2 PM to 4 PM (Eastern)

Training will be conducted via Ready Talk audio and the Web, so you need to
dial in on the phone and sign in on the Web simultaneously.

Due to time constraints, questions will not be entertained during the
training session. If time permits, they will ask for questions at the
end. However, you may send questions in advance (or after the training)
